All of the bad thing...Right there with you, sister. All of the bad things that are happening, it makes me want to shut out the world. But then I read something like this, and I realize what I really need is exactly the opposite. When faced with the reality of just how awful some human beings can be to one another, the true antidote is to seek out and connect with others who are the polar opposite, and to be reminded that there IS good in the world. This post was exactly that for me. Life is short, there's no getting around it, but I'm grateful for the opportunity to have you and R be a part of it.
